What information do we collect?
When you contact us using the webform it will either be for the purposes of sales or general enquiries of our charcoal products or information regarding the same, or it could be to discuss woodland management.
The webform forwards your request including any contact details you provide to my email via info@redkitecarbon
This is the only data we collect.

How do we use this data?
We will only use this data for the provision of our goods and services i.e arranging deliveries, or payment using Paym™. The data will also be used for meeting internal audit requirements such as invoicing. Your data may be used to contact you regarding offers on Red Kite Carbon products.

What legal basis do we have for processing your personal data?
The grounds we base the processing of your data on are either your consent or our legitimate interest in contacting you with offers. We may contact you to discuss demonstrations or woodland management.

You may of course withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time and your details will be deleted from the Red Kite Carbon address book. For financial reporting reasons, if a sale has been made, we cannot remove your details from invoices.

When do we share personal data?
We do not share your personal data unless compelled to by law.

Where do we store and process personal data?
If your data forms part of an invoice then it is stored in servers that are housed in Amazon's secure data centres in the United States of America and in the UK, and are managed by Easybooks. They secure all communications to and from their app using TLS 1.2, and they reject any connections that are not encrypted. This keeps your information confidential between Red Kite Carbon computers and their servers, and ensures that your data is safe from eavesdropping while transiting the Internet. This website is delivered by IONOS Cloud Ltd Registered in England and Wales.

Your contact data is stored in the UK with a keychain™ password.

How long do we keep your personal data for?

Your contact data will be kept for a minimum of three years unless you request that it is removed beforehand. It will then be deleted unless there is evidence of repeat custom.
